Kausar Akbar holds a BS (Hons.) in Applied Psychology from the Institute of Applied Psychology (IPA), University of the Punjab, and completed her MS in Clinical Psychology along with an Advanced Diploma in Clinical Psychology from the Centre for Clinical Psychology (CCP), University of the Punjab.

With over five years of clinical experience, she provides comprehensive psychological assessment, counseling, and evidence-based psychotherapy for both children and adults. Her professional background includes working at Hamza Foundation, where she supported individuals with intellectual disabilities, collaborated with speech therapy programs, provided psychological counseling, and worked closely with deaf students to promote their emotional and psychological well-being.

Her expertise lies in Adult Clinical Psychology, while she also has extensive experience in the assessment and management of childhood developmental, behavioral, and psychological disorders. She has additionally served as an Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Assistant at Roots International Schools & Colleges, EME Campus, working within multidisciplinary teams to support students with diverse educational, behavioral, and psychological needs.

She is dedicated to delivering compassionate, ethical, and evidence-based psychological care tailored to the unique needs of each individual and family. Her approach focuses on fostering emotional well-being, resilience, and long-term mental health through personalized, client-centered interventions.
